可以說這是一張短小精悍的專輯，專輯里的每首歌都不是很長，可以說整首歌就是高潮部分，有剛有柔，有快有慢，有復古的也有清新的，簡簡單單的，聽起來都有不同的味道，正所謂濃縮的都是精華吧！其實樂隊里都不是什么新人，鼓手和吉他手是早幾年頗有影響的Britpop樂隊The Electric Soft Parade的主腦White兄弟，貝斯手Marc Beatty 是East Sussex當地另一支新秀樂隊The Tenderfoot的鍵盤手，而主唱Eamon Hamilton則是3年前紅極一時的British Sea Power的鍵盤手,整張專輯還是不錯的！

2006 Sophomore Album from the Hybrid Band Formed by Former Members of Electric Soft Parade and British Sea Power. On an Invitation from Seth Riddle (Husband of Cerys Mathews), They Flew to Nashville to Record with Stuart Sikes (Cat Power, White Stripes). And Recorded this Album at the House of David Studio, Where Records have Been Made by the Likes of Jj Cale, Yo La Tengo and Elvis Presley. The Band Stuck to their Old Habits by Recording Fast and Live to Tape. They Recruited a Few Extra Pairs of Hands in the Shape of Local Axe Hombre Kevin Teel (Lapsteel) and the Man of "The House" Himself, David Briggs (Piano). Briggs was an Original Muscle Shoals Band Member and Went on to Play Piano with Elvis Between '68 and '77 as Well as Various Neil Young Projects. Brakes Asked Him to Lay Down Some "Ragtime" Piano on "if I Should Die Tonight" Offering Him $10. "Well, that was Worth 50c." He Said.
