根據1958年諾貝爾文學獎得主、俄羅斯詩人和小說家帕斯捷爾納克的小說《日瓦戈醫生》改編的同名電視劇日前在俄羅斯電視臺播放,這是俄羅斯電視臺首次將這部名著改編為影視作品,所有外景都在俄羅斯境內拍攝。俄羅斯演員奧列格·緬??品蛟趧≈酗椦葜鹘侨胀吒赆t生,全片共11集。
日瓦戈從小被唐雅的父母收養長大后就娶了唐雅為妻。但是在第一次世界大戰期間,日瓦戈認識了裁縫漂亮的女兒娜拉,兩人墜入愛河時卻碰上十月革命發生而被逼分離。日瓦戈回到舊地與妻子團聚時,卻意外與娜拉重逢,壓抑多時的熱情遂一發不可收拾。當日瓦戈被紅軍俘虜押往前線,他為了見娜拉而冒險逃出,但結果還是不免分手的命運。

Maurice Jarre's score to David Lean's 1965 big-screen adaptation of Boris Pasternak's classic novel Doctor Zhivago remains one of the most memorable soundtracks in postwar Hollywood history -- scoring a 2002 British television miniseries remake would seem a thankless task at best and a fool's errand at worst, but Italian composer Ludovico Einaudi's Doctor Zhivago is as breathtaking as Jarre's original, yet cut from a very different cloth. Einaudi eschews the epic sweep and Russian instrumentation that characterized Jarre's efforts in favor of a minimalist approach differentiated by its nuanced, hypnotic piano melodies and placid atmosphere -- the main theme is as gentle and dreamlike as a lullaby, while a series of solo vocal performances capture the passion and melancholy of Pasternak's love story in ravishing detail. Forget the Jarre comparisons -- Einaudi's Doctor Zhivago is its own distinct creation, and a remarkable one at that.
