這支加拿大團體是我認為被underappreciated的代表，他們的音樂總是能夠給人驚喜，雖然我不是很喜歡他們最成功的One Week，但是對于其他的一些作品我是相當喜歡的，對于他們商業上的不完全成功感到很失望，他們的這張專輯依然如同之前的專輯一樣的好聽，雖是indie樂隊，但是絕對要超越很多英國的indie團體，也許他們最大的資本就是音樂的好聽。Barenaked Ladies Are Me之后他們會發行一張名為Barenaked Ladies Are Men的專輯，然后推出特別版的專輯把兩張專輯合并到一起，期待下一張他們的專輯。


As their 29-city US tour comes to an end, Barenaked Ladies get ready for the February 6, 2007 release of BARENAKED LADIES ARE MEN, the follow up release to September’s Barenaked Ladies Are Me, on Desperation Records. The disc is made up of 16 additional tracks that were released in September ‘06 as part of Barenaked Ladies Are Me: Deluxe Edition, a 27-song package available on most digital service provieders.

Barenaked Ladies Are Men comes fully loaded with UMIXIT software and the multi-tracks to three songs (”Another Spin, “Angry People” and “One and Only”), once again allowing fans to involve themselves by re-mixing, re-editing and re-creating BNL originals.

Fans can catch BNL while they are in LA on The Tonight Show With Jay Leno on Thursday, November 30th performing their second single, “Wind It Up,”before they head to Las Vegas, Phoenix and San Diego for their last three tour dates.

In other news, eMusic, the world’s largest retailer of independent music and the second-largest digital music retailer after iTunes, is nearing a major milestone with the projection that they will sell their 100 millionth MP3 download any day now. To celebrate, Barenaked Ladies have agreed to write and record a personalized song about the lucky eMusic subscriber who downloads the 100 millionth track.The track will be available as an exclusive free track on eMusic for a week in January, before being digitally bundled Barenaked Ladies Are Men as a paid bonus track on eMusic esclusively.
