The Romanian composer Marius Moga and Andrei Ropcea are joining their forces for a major dance project - Morandi. Intially, the project was designed only for Western Europe, but 'Love Me', and, afterwards, 'Reverse' were also released in Romania.
Teenagers from Portugal, Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Turkey and more countries have heard of Morandi.
After being released on Sincron - a Romanian label -, 'Reverse' will be published in several countries by Universal.
Morandi released 2 albums.
Reverse 2005 (the first album), went as a really big hit with totally unique sound.The album and the project was kept secret.In romania first realease "Love me" breaked the tops and the people was asking who was the mastermind behind this new sound.Nobody belive d it was from Romania.The secret was rising as nobody knew Marius Moga and Andrei Ropcea was planning the succes.The secret was reveald when releasing the hit "beijo la la" and first Morandi first appearence was at Mtv Romanian Music awards 2005.As Morandi hit the western european dance floor's they headed for succes.Second album is called "Mind Fields", and they kept the same original sound, really impressing the fans with the hits "falling asleep" and "a la lujeba".The third album will be realeast probably in the fall of 2008 and is called "N3xt", the album already was 2 singles "Afrika" and "Angels".
